Brewbound is pleased to announce that Townsend Ziebold, Managing Partner at First Beverage Group, will be speaking on the financing environment for craft brewers at the upcoming Brewbound Session in San Diego, Calif. on Nov. 29.
During his presentation, Ziebold will bring nearly 30 years of experience in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity to an analysis of the macroeconomic environment of the craft brewing industry. At a time when it seems that many stakeholders are enjoying the growth of both production and demand for craft products, Ziebold will identify potential factors that can either sustain or derail that momentum. Additionally, Ziebold will provide perspective on some of the recent transactions that have taken place involving craft beer businesses from the viewpoint of their impact on the overall valuation and deal-flow environment in the industry.
A veteran investor with a strong background in the financial industry, Ziebold’s findings are further informed by the experience and resources of First Beverage Group, a financial services firm started by beverage industry professionals with a deep knowledge of the beer industry, including Bill Anderson, J.B. Shireman and Joth Ricci. The combined knowledge of the group will be on full display during Ziebold’s not-to-be-missed take on the craft beer business.
Ziebold will take part in a moderated discussion with audience members following his presentation.
